Amazing location, excellent service, convenient parking, great breakfast.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved the prime location in the heart of the old town. Spacious, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast with Polish delicacies. The staff, especially Beata at the reception, provided exceptional customer service, exceeding our expectations. The renovated hotel truly deserves all 5 stars.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I felt safe walking around even at night. The hotel itself was beautifully modernized while still preserving its historic charm. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a Jacuzzi bath and a large walk-in shower. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English.

The street outside the hotel could get a bit noisy at night, but it didn't affect my sleep. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

This venue reeks of luxury and offers exclusive amenities. the room was stunning with a spacious and elegant bathroom, all equipped with modern-historical fusion furniture. the restaurant had a wide range of breakfast options, from scrambled eggs to fruit, all of which tasted delicious. What made the stay even more special was the polite and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to arrange taxis and guide me around the city.

The only minor negative aspect of this hotel was the wellness centre. Although it was visually attractive, the sauna was quite poorly designed and posed a risk of overheating.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that all your needs are met during your stay.

The noise from the passing traffic outside can be quite disruptive at times.

Friendly and professional staff. Extensive breakfast choices, fluffy omelets. Comfortable bed, actual king size. Excellent food and service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel's location was perfect, right at the city center just off the square. It made it really convenient for me to explore and see the sights. The staff were friendly, making me feel welcomed. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. The breakfast offered was delicious, and I enjoyed every bite.

Not obvious to find.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre offered a great variety of treatments, including a picturesque sauna. the health club was well, equipped with top, quality machines, and the massage was excellent, especially the full body massage. the Turkish bath was a great addition, and the head massage was incredibly relaxing. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and very comfortable.

The only negative aspect we found was the restaurant's lack of variety in the menu. Although the in, room breakfast was excellent, the bar/lounge area offered only a few options for packed lunches, which limited our choices.
